So much here, I think one of the most important things you all are calling out is categorizing your work as making money or saving money and the direct/indirect impact. Auditing current and past projects with your framework, reframing your contributions, and showcasing wins is so so important. Like Katie Dill said, 'Show it. Just show it.'
